I woke up today and headed to the theater early. I went to meet Billy
Merrit for lunch at the pizza place next to UCB. When I got there I was met by Billy, Josh, Marlena, and Clay along with others. I got me a onion bagel with egg, provolone and bacon. It was awesome. After the food, we headed into the theater and started warming up. We were missing a couple of people but it made two teams of six, which was plenty.
The
performance went fine. My team went first. We did an one-act improvised play based on the title "What the hell am I doing in LA" (I think that was the title). There were several funny moments. I came out on the stage when Monica was talking to Alfredo about having a bad day. She said she wish she could meet someone who could understand bad days. I arrived on stage but sat there and cried. She tried to get the reason I was having a bad day but we kept on getting talked over, so it became like a game. It was fun, never-the-less.
I went to Birds after the show. Monica,
BJ, Brendon, Alfredo and John were there. John asked me if I was going to see
Assscat. I thought about it but I was kind of tired and wanted to get home.
When I got home, I crashed out when I hit my couch. I don't know why I was so tired. When I got up I decided to get some food but I knew everything would be closed near by. I decided to make the trip to Jack In The Box. I enjoy the egg rolls that I get from there but today is the second day I went through and was told that there was no sweet and sour. I had to get honey mustard. It isn't bad but it's not like hot mustard or the correct taste of sweet and sour. It's just a little complaint. How long could they go without that
nectar?
I was going to see the movie 21 this weekend but after reading the reviews, I decided against it. Most of the reviewers said that the card counting was simple and the screen writing followed a template that was predictable. They went on to say that if you enjoyed the book Bringing Down The House, you would wonder 'what happened?'.
I did however see the film The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. I can say I enjoyed it a bunch. It definitely kept me interested. It did seem the fight scenes were a little long and predictable with the healing potion at the end but I do think the child actors did a great job. I still have Bridge to
Terabithia waiting to be watched but I don't think I have the energy to watch it tonight.
I found out that it seems I won't be going into Vegas on Tuesday. It has to be pushed back. I have to see if I can move things around to get into the town later in the week. I need to visit my
dermatologist again so that comes first.
