Tomorrow is Halloween
Last night nothing happened, today more of the same. Tomorrow is Halloween and there are a couple of things on my things to do. One thing I was thinking of doing is going to the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater and seeing a The Demon Halloweenus. I was also planning on wearing my pimp costume. I should email Max and Alaina to see if they want to go. I was also planning on hitting Revival after that and see who is up for a couple drinks.

Stuck in a Mobius
Last night I didn't do anything. I was supposed to go to my friend Max's Halloween party but I didn't feel good and didn't want to drink. I felt that the party would have just made me feel worse. I wanted to go to Rueben Williams after I decided not to go to the party but I wasn't going to wait in line because it was freezing outside. I just stayed inside and reheated a stomboli.
Today I had improv class. I planned on getting up at 10:00am but two things happened. I was tired and it was daylight savings time. So I went for another 3 hours sleep. It was very windy and cold today so I wore a baseball hat all day. Class was good, full of criticism but good. Phlip commented that we would talk about doing the Peoples Improv Theater Improvdome sometime later in the week. We have one more class together before we perform. There has been no 301 classes listed yet. We would like to coodinate our next class together because we are down to six original members of our team; Phlip, Tim, Danny, Chris, Brandon and myself.
Tomorrow I need to get some stuff done. I should get a winter pair of shoes or boots, get my haircut and catch up on cleaning. Tuesday is Halloween and I think I am going to visit Revival in my Pimp suit and maybe hit a show at UCB. There is no cage match this week due to the 3x3 competition but if someone else goes from my class maybe I will do the random drawing. Friday I think I will go see Death by Roo Roo since its been a while. Saturday is up in the air.

Halloween hangover
Last night was a night. I went to Revival about 10pm after stopping into the movie theater. The goal was to see Saw III. Every show was sold out except the 12:50am show. I called Max, bought tickets and went to get a drink after that. I saw Melanie dressed as Felicity, Danielle was dressed as Donna from 'That 70's Show'. The was a girl dressed as Scooby-Doo which is funny because Deanna has the same costume.
I saw this girl that caught my eye, just magnetic. She looked at me but I wasn't sure if it was a pickup or not. She had this short curly haircut and lowcut dress. Hopefully I will find her again, I am going back to Revival dresses as a pimp todat.
Back to the story. At 12:00 I headed to the theater. I was getting texted by Dora, wondering what I was up to for the evening. I explained that I was going to the movies and she said she was also. I was waiting outside for Max but I saw Dora buying tickets so I ran to talk to her. Dora was going to see Babel. We separated just before the movie.
Saw III was awesome and so bloody. It was really gorey and not for weak stomaches. The row behind us ended up leaving halfway through. Probably 10 or 12 people left. Don't see this movie if you didn't see Saw and Saw II, it make major connections to 1 and 2.
After the movie Max and I headed back to Revival and it was empty. Danielle was still there so we sagt to have a drink. I did see the girl I am attracted to but I will take care of that hopefully soon. Johnny and Alex from Tracy J's showed up and I chatted up a storm with Johnny. Max and I didn't end up getting kicked out at 5:30am which is ok, I shouldn't have had anymore to drink.
I woke up this morning/afternoon with a huge hangover. I am supposed to go to Max's tonight for a Halloween party. I am going to dress like a pimp and head to Revival first. I am not planning on drinking at Max's because I have class tomorrow and I perform in just over a week or so.
The only other thing on my mind is that there is this fucking horse-drawn hay ride going up and down the street with children in it. All you hear is 'clip-clop' and children making noise, not the greatest hangover cure. My head hurts. I also caught up on my shows. Ice-T's Rap School is a great show, Las Vegas is back and not to spoil it but James Caan is still alive. Best Week Ever is making me laugh right now. I have a couple more shows to watch and then its off to the shower and start this mother of a day.

See Saw
Wednesday night I went to Revival and met with Julia, saw John-Boy, and Danielle was bartending. Deanna called me earlier but never called back. Kevin arrived later. We drank there until they kicked us out and Kevin, Julia and I arrived at Shades of Green.
I must have drank a lot because I didn't get up till 3pm the next day. It was thursday and I had plans to meet up with Max and Alaina in the evening for Cage Match. I got worf from Phlip that he was in for the 3x3 competition but Tim didn't respond after his last email. I got word from Julia that she lost her job so she came over to hang out for a while after she left work. We watched a bunch of Improv Everywhere clips from the DVDs. At 9:30pm I went to see B-Roll and C,C,C Improv Factory at UCB. I wanted to see Charlies team to prepare for the competition. I then saw Cage Match with Max and Alaina. It was Rueben Williams vs. Best Boy. Best Boy was really funny with their movie Improv style. Rueben Williams won though with a vote of 64 to 26. I do have to say Jonathan Gabrus is friggin hysterical, he was awesome last night in Best Boy.
After the show Max, Alaina and I wanted to stop somewhere. We ended up at Trailer Park. I got food and booze and talked with Max and Alaina for about an hour. It was great catching up plus I dig one of the waitresses, the blond one.
Today I got some lunch from Flight 151. I actually threw up. The buffalo chicken sandwich I got had some blue cheese or Rougefurt cheese. It made me yak. Tonight I am supposed to see Saw III with Max and Alaina. Then I am going to hit Revival for a couple of drinks. Sorry kids, I do not have a team for the 3x3 competition.

It's halftime
Lets catch up since we have skipped a couple days. Monday night I went to Revival, hoping to talk to Devin and Melanie about the 3x3 competition. I was also going to meet Julia there. I left the house and forgot my cell phone so I had to head back. I ended taking a cab down to Revival because I didn't want Julia to be stuck waiting long. I got to the bar and Julia was just stepping out for a smoke, I caught up with her for a bit and then we went inside. Devin was bartending, I waited to talk to him about the competition because he was busy. Kevin showed up and we all did a shot together. When I mentioned the dates of the competition, he informed me that we wouldn't be able to team up. Devin and Melanie work on Thursdays and couldn't perform in the qualifiers.
The bar got empty and Devin decided to close. Julia and I weren't done drinking so we headed to 119. While drining in there I had several cocktails and then I bumped into Danielle. I asked her about her Great Adventure trip and whether or not she told Greg about the Evil Dead tickets. After drinking several cocktails Julia and I thought it was best to call it quits for the night.
Last night I had plans to go to Harold Night with Tim, Brandon, Danny, Vicki, and Phlip. Melanie also showed up and I brought up the 3x3 thing and she said she didn't even think of the dates and times. I talked with Tim about the competition and he said that he was interested. When I sat inside with Phlip he also remarked that he was interested in the 3x3. So it will be me, Tim and Phlip hopefully performing soon. The Harold Night was awesome, again fwand made me laugh hardcore, they definitely have good chemistry.
Today I called to have my laundry picked up. I wrote some emails, I edited one of my resumes because my employer said I had confidential information on it about companies I did business for. I planned to go see Saw 3 on Friday but Max said he would be busy for the 10:15pm show. I have already made other plans for Friday so I cannot make and later show and Julia cannot go earlier because of work. I don't know if it will be just me and Julia.
Tonight I might go out of a drink or two and LOST is on so it is a good hump day.

Weekend has ended
I am just ready to kick it into bed gear. Last night I played the lazy card for the early evening and then ended up going to Rueben Williams. Charlie, Joe and Lennon didn't perform so there was only 5 performers but nevertheless still funny. I had a cute girl sit next to me and we chatted for a bit. She is in Joe Wengert's class one month behind me. I didn't catch her name but she definitely got my interest, and she drank Pabst.
After the show I lost where the cute girl left and I was a little intimidated. I decided to go to Revival and see if I could catch up with Melanie. I got to Revival and the place was packed. I got a seat at the bar but I kept on getting bumped into. Melanie told me for the 3x3 competition it would be her, me and Devin. After two drinks I saw Kevin outside so I went to join him for a smoke. He didn't want to drink at Revival because of the crowd. Danielle came by the bar after working at Irving Plaza. She said that her friends were going to Double Down. I asked if she wanted to go but she was going to Great Adventure in the morning with Greg, Renee, and Alex.
I said bye to everyone and decided to go to Double Down by myself. I saw Jamie bartending and Donland was getting ready to leave. I had two drinks there but didn't see any of my friends there and I don't like drinking there alone often.
I got home and called the diner for some food at 3:00. I shouldn't have because I woke up this morning with a stomache ache and hangover plus I had impov class today.
Improv class was good, I got there about 2:45pm and saw Tim and gave him my Art by Committee book to borrow. We have missed several students in our class and today we were only 10 people. We only have 2 more classes and then we perform on November 11th at 5:30pm. Brandon, Tim and I talked about the next class we would jump into. We also talked about hitting a show or two this week.
Tomorrow I plan on getting my hair cut and buying some clothes. Later on I will hit Revival to talk with Devin and have drink with Kevin.

Friday night delights
Last night I went to Revival and updated my blog. I saw Melanie but didn't get to talk to her since she was so smittened by her new boyfriend. She left very quickly last night. Devin and Danielle were working. The bar was kind of empty but it was really cold. I sat and drank a few, Danielle and I shared some stories from the past week. I talked with Devin and he said that he enjoyed Monday night when we were drinking and playing poker. He also said that Melanie seemed excited about the 3x3 competition.
I left the bar pretty early, about 1am. I was going to hit another bar but when I walked outside the weather was colder than I cared to be walking around in. I walked to a Taco Bell and got some food and then hailed a cab home. I had a voice mail from Alaina that I didn't understand and then I got a call from Max but I was already home. I told him I would talk to him tomorrow. Taco Bell was worth it but Del Taco would have been better.

Recap of things past
I have been home for the last 4 days and I have been getting used to life again. The visit to Vegas was fun and was worth all the business I conducted to have the fun I had.
Wednesday started out with me landing at 9:30 am and heading straight to the hotel. I had four drinks on the plane and four drinks when I got to Vegas. It wasn't noon yet so I could tell I probably needed a nap.
Bink picked me up about 8:30 pm and then we headed to Dive Bar in his new SUV. Apon entering the Dive Bar I heard several shouts for tommEE pickles. It was heart warming. I saw Trika and Matt. Evil Matt also drove down. I casino hopped with him until 8 in the morning.
Thursday I was completely hung over but in the evening I hooked up with Evil Matt and we went to Green Valley Resort and played some fun slots there such as Deal or No Deal and Back To The Future. I didn't want to be hungover for Friday because I had a date with Bink and his lady Jamiegrrrl to get tatoos. I ended up getting some food to go from Fatburger and calling it a night around 1am.
Friday I got up around noon and waited for Bink to call. He picked me up around 6 or so and then it took us 2 hours to get through the 3 tatoos because of all the line jumpers. Did it hurt? Yes and no. People who know me, know I have a medium size tatoo already. I was expecting pain but my last one felt kind of good. This one was just annoying. If you haven't been reading the past couple days, the tatoo I got was the number 13 on Friday the 13th for $13.
After the tatoo my friends and I went to Dive Bar for a couple of drinks and some food. After that I headed to a casino and gambled a lot. I hope it was tracked because I am worried about taxes and I need a loss statement.
On saturday we met at the Dive Bar for Bink's birthday. Erik was there, Matt was there and a bunch of people I know a little. We drank a bunch and I know I took a cab home. I drank a lot, a lot.
Sunday is a little bit of a waste to talk about because nothing happened. Monday I was due to fly out.
Monday was interesting. I got up for my departure and took a taxi to the airport around 3pm. I went to the security checkpoint to only be stopped because they spotted liquids in my bag. It was a 20 oz pepsi. So they flagged my bag and screened it while lecturing me. After that I headed to Brookstone to get a new pair of noise cancelling headphones.
I got on the plane and the captain came on the intercom. He said I have good news and some bad news. The good news is that our return trip is going to be only 3 hours and 55 minutes, and the first half will be very smooth. The bad news is the second half of the flight we will have to strap in because it will be a very rough ride. It was the roughest plane ride I have been on ever.
When I finally landed, I got in a cab and called Revival. Devin answered and I said I would be there by 1am. I got to Revival in 15 minutes and it was empty except Kevin, Devin and myself. We played hold-em poker and drank to the early morning hours. I left and got to my home and found the heat and hot water were out. The 13 tatoo was doing its job.
I woke up on Tuesday to my house being very cold. I noticed one of my windows open a bit. I went to shut it and the window pane broke. 13 tatoo again.
Tuesday evening I had a make-up class at Upright Citizens Brigade. I went to class and I thought I had good scenes but I was criticized for my heightening and my time lapse being to analgous. I went home and went to sleep.
Wednesday I went to Revival and I saw Melanie and Danielle. I talked with Melanie about the 3x3 competition at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater. She seemed excited about it so I hope we compete.
Thursday I went to Cage Match at Upright Citizens Brigade. Mailer Daemon was going up against Rueben Williams. It was going to be a good show except that there would be no Chuck McMahon. Rueben Williams was really good and despite the immense talent that Mailer Daemon has, Rueben Williams won.
Tonight I have updated this blog from Revival and I will detail this night after it happens. BTW is is friggin cold.

Leaving Las Vegas
On a plane right now, just boarded. I have stuff to make up for my improv class. I gambled a bunch, dranch even more and on Friday the 13th I got me a 13 tattoo.

I'm leaving on a jet plane
I am sitting in JFK airport waiting to board a flight to Las Vegas. The sad part there is no Brookstone to get a sleeping mask. I did buy a magazine but that is it except the Lunchables and Vitamin Water.
I did see a show last night and Dawn from my improv class showed up as well as well as Max and Alaina. It was fun and then I went to Revival where I only stayed for a drink and a shot.
I am on the plane right now and it is still boarding. I noticed that they added XM radio to this plane. I hope I can sleep a little because I am exhausted. I went home about 12:30 and probably got 3 hours sleep. I will probably crash out in the hotel for the afternoon and then go to the Dive Bar. It is supposed to be some sort of Elvis night and Delchi should be spinning later.
El_jefe called me yesterday late afternoon. He said that he wouldn't be able to make it out to Las Vegas. He mentioned that he got hurt going something in the bar. Anyway I am sure to have a fine time, I probably won't hit the ICP concert tomorrow because he won't be in town.
I should be able tblog some while in town and I will let you kids know when I plan on returning back to the coast.

Good Times Redux
Saturday night I ended up going to Boulevard Tavern. Alex was bartending and I saw Tim, Ria, Harold, Paul and Allison. Harold commented he talked with a lawyer about Raven. Who knows if tommEE will ever have his dreams of owning his favorite spot will ever be fufilled. After three drinks I settled up and then Alex "twisted my arm" to do a shot, so I had a good start to the evening.
I then headed to Revival. When I got there I saw Devin, Melanie, Ben, Danielle, Kevin and Greg. I did a shot or two and had several drinks. I had class the next day so Danielle said I should go home. I got home about 3:00 am.
Sunday I awoke about 11am and I started getting ready because I was to meet Danny, Chris, Dawn, and Vicky for lunch before class. We got together at Malibu Diner and caught up with everyones last week and had lunch. We all walked up to class where I twisted my ankle on the way uo. Not too bad of an injury but I felk stupid. Class went ok and I talked with Shannon the manager to arrange a make up class because my twip back to Vegas.
After class I headed to Double Down for a drink. I had one drink and then left because the place was dead. I then walked up to Revival and saw Alex, Dave and Mike. I drank like it was a weekend night because Monday was Columbus day and nothing was going to be open. Alex told me to stick around because we were going to another bar. We ended up going to to this cool bar where Dave's girlfriend works. The night gets a little fuzzy here but I took pictures so it had to be fun.
I woke up late today with a screaming hangover and a lazy disposition. I ordered mexican food and copied DVDs for friends. Tomorrow I plan on hitting Harold night at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater and then later I will go to Revival for a while. I plan on heading to the airport right after the bar for an early morning flight. I will then be in Vegas. Fun times abound.

Cold but Sunny
Yesterday I got up to move the car for the last time until spring. I then drove it out to Mom's house. Mom was complaining about knee surgery but she cooked me a Filet Minjon with French Fries and Buttered Corn. She also baked some Chocolate Chip Cookies for me. Mom and I debated about religion and then conspiracy theories, proving Mom and I are not alike.
I took the train in and then went to Revival. I saw Melanie and told her I bumped into the ex last week. I saw Kevin and talked about car stuff and I also saw Mike. Devin was working and commented that a group of people were going to his girlfriends show "Six Characters Best Show Ever" at 2pm on Saturday. I said I would go also.
Today I woke up at 11am and got ready to go to the show. A lot of my aquaintences were there. The show was one of the most original shows I have seen, and I enjoyed it immensely.
Right now I am heading to Boulevard Tavern. I know Alex is going to be there and I have not been there for a while. Tomorrow I have class so I don't plan on drinking much.

Its raining but the weekend is here
Last night, after some long naps, I went to Cage Match with Alaina, Max, and Julia. It was another victory for Mailer Daemon. It seemed that it was going to be close but I often looked at the clock too much because I wanted the musical group that was first to end. After the show, we were hungry so we tried going to Molly Wee for drinks and food but Molly Wee wasn't serving food anymore that evening. We then headed back down to New Venus for food. After that, we parted ways.
Today in a couple of hours I am driving out to Mom's house. Its raining but I am glad to get the car out of town for a while. I don't know what I am doing tonight but I have plenty of time to decide. Wednesday I leave for Tatoos and Booze.

Bad bad luck but it got better
Last night I was sitting around and I decided to go to Subway to get a sandwich. I went out and saw that my car had to be moved before morning because they are filming near my apartment again. It seems that I see more stars here than when I lived in Los Angeles. I got back home and ate my sandwich and watched the season premiere of LOST. I then headed out to move the car and couldn't find a spot anywhere. I drove all the way to Revival and back which is like 20 or so blocks. I decided to just throw the car in a lot. When I was leaving the lot I found that I had left my house keys at home along with my cell phone. I had no idea what I was to do.
I decided to first ring all the buzzers in my building but since I live in somewhat of an exclusive building, that only constitutes four people. No one answered so my next step was to call a locksmith. Now I can pick locks and I have my lockpick set in my apartment but I was locked out. The locksmiths came and all they did was rake the pins of this highly secure lock. He was not going to accomplish anything. He wanted to drill the locks, a total of three, and I said no way. I told him he wasn't picking the lock properly and he should use a pick gun if he couldn't get it with just picks. He ignored me so I told him just to stop, I would find a friend to crash with. He then said well you have to pay us, I was suprized and said 'for what'. He said 65 dollars for night service. I stated that they didn't accomplish anything and that this was extortion. He said when you go to a doctor, you pay for a check up. I then stated that a doctor checks me as his job, your job was to open a lock, you failed.
I, being exhausted of the whole situation, decided to head to Revival. As I started walking, the downpour came. So much rain in just hours. It couldn't get worse, I was soaked and had no phone and no home. I got to Revival and saw Danielle and explained the whole story and she said sorry, its my birthday and I cannot have you stay over because I plan on having sex with Greg. I didn't know what I would do. She called Melanie for me but I got her voice mail. I decided after two drinks to head to the Chelsea Star hotel and see if they had any availability. They said they were sold out and now I really didn't know what was next. I went to get my car and I did find parking on my street and just sat in my car. I listened to music and watched some of a DVD. I tried sleeping several times but not too much luck. I left my car at 7:00 in the morning and buzzed some buzzers in my building. About 10 minutes later one of my neighbors came out to walk his dog and he let me in to the building. I got up to my apartment and the door was locked. I ended up forcing my way in with a credit card and found my keys and cell phone. Since then I have been napping hardcore.
Tonight I plan on seeing cage match at UCB theater with Max and Alaina. Last night's LOST was good but leads to too many questions. Last year they answered more that they did this year. Tomorrow I am heading to mom's house to drop off the car. Saturday I plan on going to Rueben Williams and then on 10/27 me, Julia, Max, and Alaina are planning on seeing Saw III.

Just a gangster
Just 5 minutes ago I got this phone call from AirDefense. About 2 weeks ago I attended and blogged about this seminar. It was about wireless security but was really a 'Buy our new product'. When I received this phone call it was placed to me because I was in a demographic that they had in their computer. I explained about the blog and I ranted on how their CSO avoided debate about things he was wrong in his lecture and he was telling the masses to drink his KoolAid. I guess I am getting better because AirDefense will probably not call me to sell products to me.
Happy hump day
Yesterday I dropped of my laundy and moved the car but didn't get the spot I wanted. It doesn't really matter though. I am going to drive the car out to my mother's house and leave it there for the winter.
Last night I went to Harold night at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater. It was a good show, Hot Sauce hosted the night ans was very funny. I saw Vicky from my class and we talked for a bit.
Tonight I will go to Revival for a couple of drinks and tomorrow I plan on going to see Cage Match. A week from today I will be arriving in Las Vegas for booze and tatoos. Oh and I forgot, tonight the third season of LOST starts.

What a good week
I have been lazy to blog last week but the last six or seven days went pretty darn well. Lets start with Tuesday.
Tuesday I had to move the car but lucky I had my car jump kit. It worked just fine. I later decided to go to Harold night at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater. It was great to finally see fwand persorm since I wanted to see if they performed like Mailer Daemon with their invocation.
I didn't do anything on Wednesday but on Thursday I was supposed to have plans with Amy. She had to cancel at the last minute because she was tired from work. I decided to go to Revival for a couple of drinks. There I got to see Mike. I haven't seen him in a while and ihe disappeared from myspace. I also got to see Melanie and it seems like she has a heavy workload from school.
Friday I was a little hungover and still needed to get up to move my car. When I was moving it the parking nazi alerted me that if I found a parking spot on the other side of the street, I wouldn't have to move it for a while sice it was Yom Kipur on Monday. Unfortunately I never found a spot. I was messaged by Julia later and she asked if I wanted to hang out. I told her we could see Death by Roo Roo at 11pm at the UCB Theater.
She came over my house after she got off work and we hung out for an hour or so. We then went to Trailer Park to get some food and drinks. We got out of there with time to spare so we went to Molly Wee for a drink. After that we went to the theater and stood in line for the show. We met a person named Tim that just moved here for DC and he was going to start taking classes too. He turned out to be a nice guy.
Later after the show, Julia wanted to go out but I didn't feel like it at the time. I told her I was going home but she didn't want to join me. I watched Jimmy Kimmel and then decided to then go out. I went to Revival and saw Danielle but as I saw Danielle, I also saw Deanna. I had an erie feeling I was going to but into her there and sure enough I did. I mentioned to Danielle that she was supposed to warn me if Deanna came into town but Deanna and I talked and we ended up getting along. I would later fimd out that I won't see her for a while anyway.
Saturday, I woke up tired and had pland to go see the Improv Everywhere DVD Release Party at the UCB Theater. I had arrangements to go there with Max and Alaina. Whe I got to the theater I saw Alex from my last class. I hungout and caught up with Alex until MAx and Alaina arrived. The show was awesome and I bought the two DVDs.
Later we ended up going for a walk to find something to eat and we ended up at Trailer Park. We had drinks and food and then headed to 85A. 85A got annoying after one drink so we then headed down to Double Down and happened to run into some people we know there so it ended up being cool. I couldn't stay long because I had class on Sunday and I didn't want to feel like crap during it.
Sunday I went to class and I didn't feel good about my scenes but then Tim and I were asked to do a serious scene and we got a lot of praise for the way we accomplished it. Tim asked if anyone wanted to see Asssscat after class. I told him that Amy was meeting me after class but we were planning on going to Asssscat since we had tickets. After class Tim, Vicky and I walked to the theater. I waited in the ticket holding line and they waited in the standby line. When Amy arrived I explained that I was going to save seats for Tim and Vicky when I got inside. Tim and Vicky got some free tickets and we were lucky to see the show all together. It was funny as hell too.
Now I am just waiting for parking dealing with these assholes who fight for spots in the morning. I have to email my mom and tell her that I need to drop the car at her house before I go insane. Tonight I am going to see Harold night and Wednesday I will be at Revival. Thursday is Cage Match and then who knows what the weekend might bring.
